What is the recommended size for the reg and small icons for the outlookbar? I'm using 16x16 png and it looks fine except when I minimize the outlookbar. Then apparently the icon isn't big enough so a tiny bit of the text shows. I've tried using png in 24x24 size, but then they look all messed up. You can see what I mean in the attached image. I tried making the minimized width smaller so that it wouldn't show the text, but then the button at the top (for expanding) was cut off.

I changed my icons to 24x24 and they cut off part of the icon. I had to increase the minimized width to compensate.
