I wanted to create some kind of wizard for my users so that they can open up the file manager and view the files in a TreeView format with checkboxes next to each file. So at the end of the wizard, I end up with a list of files the users checked off. Is having a TreeView in the file manager dialog possible though?

The File Browser dialogs of RadEditor does not offer the requested functionality, but you can write your own custom dialog from scratch. You can see how to implement a custom editor's dialog in the following help article Add Custom Dialogs and online example: Custom Dialogs.
