Hi,
we purchased RadControls For ASP.NET AJAX : version 2008.1.619 (7/23/2008) and have recently tri-state treeview functionality is not available.
Could you please confirm whether this is in fact the case and if so:
1. where can I download the latest release which comes with Treeview tri-state functionality.
2. Is this update free with my or does this need to be purchased as an upgrade.

Hello Michael,
The latest official version of the controls (2008.2 723) supports tri-state checkboxes. However, I have checked our records and it seems that on 5/28/2008 you purchased a Developer license without subscription for our RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. That's the reason why you are not able to download our Q2 2008 version. In order to receive all the major upgrades for our software you need to upgrade your license to RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX Developer license with subscription and source code. Your upgrade options are available through your Client.net account -> My Licenses -> Renewals & Upgrades.
