When using ServerSideCallBack the tree doesn't align right on expanding.
I have 1 root node and a say 5 child node. On the child node, when i click the ServerSideCallBack function adds new child nodes but these are aligned right under the node i clicked. When i relead the tree usign the caching example the alignment is how it supposed to be.
Any idea how i can resolve the bad alignment?

Can you reproduce the problem with our online examples? If not, could you please open a support ticket and attach a sample solution that demonstrates the problem?
