Tooltips don't show on hover when using selector on charts

Hi, 

I'm trying to get the tooltips to show when hovering over the chart when there's a selector on the chart.

Without the select the tooltips show but not with it. (Images attached)

The select uses a mask that covers the chart, I tried changing the css z-indexes but had no luck and can't find any possible work around.

I managed to reproduce the problem in our environment and after a discussion with the team, I can confirm that this is indeed a bug. Therefore, I have logged an issue in our public GitHub repository, which you can track here.

In the Dojo link below, I am sending you a workaround to the problem, which you can use until the bug is fixed: 

 Kendo UI Chart - Selection events | Kendo UI Dojo (telerik.com). 

This workaround achieves the required behavior of the line chart with the use of pointer events.
