Tooltip Text Location

When displaying a tooltip for a grid row, the tooltips is more than an inch away from the actual row. Is there a way to control where the tooltip for a row is displayed? Or is this a bug?

Please take a look at this thread here, it is basically using reflection to set some of the properties, i took a quick look on the properties but could not find any related to the location of the tooltip.

And I've also tested this in the Q3 version and i think you are right and this is a bug. I'll do some more testings and get back to you if i find something.
