I just ran the updates from the control panel for my installation of Telerik Reporting.  The toolbox in VS 2013 shows a Telerik Reporting Q2 tab with just the pointer and Chart controls available.  All of the other controls, like the text box, are greyed out.  My project was created as a Telerik Reporting Library.

What needs to be done to allow me to use the controls that are greyed out?

The attached files are screen shots of this.

Every time I have seen this type of a problem it has been due to a missing / mismatch reference.  Have you use the "upgrade" menu item found in the telerik reports menu?  That will scan your project and update missing/wrong references.  I have used this dozens of times to fix errant paths.

Hello .net dev,

Only the toolbox items for the newest version of Telerik Reporting installed on the machine will be available inside the Visual Studio Toolbox.
In case you have installed Q1 2015 SP1, you won't be able to use the VS Toolbox items of Telerik Reporting Q2 2014, which is the version shown in the attached toolbox.png screenshot.

In order to design older version reports (e.g. Q2 2014) you need to run the Upgrade Wizard and upgrade the reports to the newest version of Telerik Reporting installed on the machine.
After you are done with the modifications, and if this is needed, you can downgrade the reports to their original version again using the Upgrade Wizard.

The toolbox tab for reporting says Telerik Reporting Q2 2014 while my reference is for Telerik Reporting Q1 2015.

I want to use the Q1 2015 stuff, but wasn't sure how to include them in the new tab I created in VS toolbox.  I know how to add items to a tab in the tool box, but I was confused because mine were already selected in one of the screen shots I sent with the OP.

Can you please offer some clarification on how to do this?
