Timeline for Months

Hello,

the Timeline component displays a collection of events grouped by the year of the event.

Is there a way to group the events in a more granular way? E.g. by month?

Hi Thomas,

Since the Timeline is a fairly new component and was recently introduced in the Kendo UI for Angular library, it currently does not support a very large variety of features including having the ability to group the events by a different date part.

Nevertheless, as the functionality for changing the way the events are grouped sounds like a valuable addition to the Timeline component, I logged the following feature request in our Feedback Portal regarding providing such an option:

It is important to mention that I have added a vote on your behalf for the above item. This is because we periodically monitor the customer demand for the logged feature request and decide on their future implementation based on the increasing interest. 

As of now, I would suggest following the above-linked item in order to stay notified when there is any progress on the future implementation of this feature.
