Is it possible to default the am/pm portion of the time picker display?
The reason I ask is if the valid range already knows that you can only enter PM time, then we should be able to default this AM/PM portion.

I should have clarified that it is AM/PM in the placeholder text that I wanted to default.
I am not sure if there is a property to set, or a method that can be called.
Programmatically, you can only give it a DateTime and it will extrapolate the AM/PM depending on the hour.
So if the model does not have the time component, then we cannot change the AM/PM designator displayed in the placeholder text.
