trying to install Telerik Reporting Q1 2011.

And according to the popup when I try to install Net Framework 2.0 since it came as a part of my OS.

How do I manage to install the trial?

The solution is to be sure to run the msi file as administrator.

1. Open a cmd window as administrator
2. Go the directory with the msi file.
3. Run the msi file.
4. Be happy
