Exactly, to an image I need to select a piece within it and be able to move. Like Paint's select option.

Do you mean like cutting a rectangle from the image (using the selection tool) and then moving it around? If this is the case, I am afraid that this is not supported. If you think that this is an important feature for the control, you can log it in the feedback portal.
