It's exciting to hear about the September 1 beta release for the reporting component. One thing to keep in mind: Most programmers aren't designers or have little time to spend creating the great interfaces you have for your controls. Please include plenty of "templates" (skins/themes) that are easy to implement and can make the non-designers look good.

In addition, please add new skins to the downloadable skins you already have. Telerik has a great eye for design and can create some cool, cutting-edge interfaces.

Hello Alex,

Skins and interfaces are very important to us and we will make sure we provide a wide range of "templates" to choose from. The reporting items' appearance is based on a CSS-like model. The tool will support the so called global styles, which can adjust the visual characteristics of all report items. These include fonts, borders, background colors and so on. These styles are not related to the ASP.NET themes. They can be exported to XML files thus allowing them to be reused.

Greetings,
