Hi, we are trying to execute the Kendo UI Theme builder on ligne but it doesn't run have you any idea what should we do ? (Find in attachment the error captured in Google chrome)

Hi Abderrahmane,

It is odd that the redirect is executed as expected (as indicated in your attachment) but the javascript file is not served from the new location. We tried to reproduce it locally but to no avail.

Nevertheless, we updated the button url on the online version of the Theme Builder to avoid the redirect. Can you please test it now to see whether it works without issues?

Unfortunately it still does not work (you can see the errors captured in fireFox and GoogleChrome in attachment)

Fyi before upgrading to the new version of your website theme builder working fine

Currently there is an issue with the ThemeBuilder and it cannot be accessed from outside networks. We have informed the team responsible for this.
