Thank you for bringing this to our attention - we were able to reproduce the problem and logged it in our system for fixing. For the time being, if you would like to change the default skin, please use the approach from the Applying custom skin to the web report viewer code library. I've tested the project with more than 100 pages and this problem does not occur.
