When you install Reporting there are examples installed on your machine. It should be just one .sln file that you can open, and there are some Silverlight examples in there :)

Hello krishna surapaneni,
Can you please elaborate what are the errors that you receive when trying to run our Visual Studio examples? You are the first one to report problems with the demo reports we ship with the Reporting installation and would appreciate any information you could provide on the error/problems you've encountered.
Once you review these resources, you can check the documentation we provide for the SL viewer - the online version can be found here:

First please review the Getting Started with Telerik Report Viewer for Silverlight video. This video shows how we create the Silverlight application and wire it to show the reports from the class library in step by step manner so that we make sure no step is missed (something that can happen in a documentation).
To address your immediate questions:
- Report -You should use the assembly qualified name of the Report;
- ReportServiceUri specifies the location of the report service - absolute or relative Uri.
