Hi Ajay,
You can easily achieve the desired effect with dynamic rows and columns by using our crosstab. For easier generation you can also use the wizard, which will guide you step-by-step.
Regarding the custom data source - perhaps you need the ObjectDataSource, since it gives you the option to bind to literally any data - all you need to do is to provide the code that retrieves the data. If your case is somewhat different please elaborate so that we are able to advise you more accordingly.
