i want to have picturebox in Page footer that works like a image link . when i click in the picture box it goes to a specific website .
i want to use it in a windows application not a web application . is it possible or not ?

You can do this with the help of the newly introduced Actions in Q2 release. Specifically you need to define a Hyperlink Action for the PictureBox item. More information is available in the How to: Add a Hyperlink Action help article.
