telerik report in web page doesn't align properly

hi,

i am creating a basic telerik report using the trial version of telerik reporting.  i notice that no matter what i do in terms of styling and alignment, the data don't align, i.e. if i want a column's data to align left, it still shows up in my web page as center.  but if i export to a file, the alignment is working.  can someone give me some hint?  thanks.

Hi Michael,

By design the web report viewer shows the report centered horizontally in the report area. It seems that in your case the report viewer has greater width than the report and the items appear to be shifted to the right. To check this you can set a background color for the detail section of the report and observe the positioning of the items relatively to the detail area. As there is no way to modify this functionality your option is to make the report viewer with the same width as the report.
