Hi,

I have developer license for Telerik UI for WPF which was purchased this week. But when i try and search for specific controls i do not get the latest builds displayed.

I have attached the screenshot where it shows only version 2020.1.218 even though there is a new release in 2022.

And also why does it show only Trial and not the actual package.

Can you show me the configuration of the Telerik's nuget server in Visual Studio?

Also, you can double check if you are logged in with the proper Telerik account - one assigned with a license for the mentioned version.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply. I have attached both my nuget configuration and also license validity details.

I also believe i have logged in with proper Telerik account. If not logged in with proper account what would be the procedure to update the nuget server. As i do not get asked for user name and password for nuget server anymore.

The nuget server settings seems correct. I also double checked this on my side, but the non-trial nugets are shown as well. What you can try is to ask your license holder (maybe you) to check if you are assigned with a developer license for the product. If this is the case, then you can clear the nuget manager's cache and reset your locally stored credentials for the Telerik nuget server. You can see how to do this in the following stackoverflow discussion. Basically, you can open the Windows Credential Manager, choose the Windows Credentials option and remove the "nuget.telerik.com" credential. After this, the nuget package manager should prompt you to login again.

If this doesn't help, I would suggest you to send an email to sales@telerik.com in order to check your license.

Thank you for the answer. I had to re update my nuget credentials from Windows credential manager setting as suggested in the article Update telerik nuget credentials
