Telerik Grid is not Binding Correctly.

Please check in image  Grids are not Binding Correctly for the First Time when i search an ID . But after opening any FORM from these Binded Grids and came back to home then its looks fine . But why its not bind first time. ???Check in image Grid Blue Strips that's causing issue to perform task!..  Please Help me .

About your question:
- The blue Area markup could help i think. Knowing if its an header what class is used. what mode ? if there is a missing element in the declaration. Just the basic markup from you aspx.with only the useful linformation.

Its look like a css issue :
 Check the css apply the 1rst time
 Check it the second time, is there any change in the css ?
 Do you have personal Css that could be messing up the display ?

I have no solution for you with those basic element.
But those step could help you find a solution.

If you still struggle to find where this weird bug comes from.
Create a new simple project an try to reproduce this issue.

Dont spend to mutch time trying, 90% of the time i just can't reproduce the bug.

That help me finding where i mess up.

@Pierre: Thanks for your reply!! i am facing this issue just for one ID but not for all.Other thing is this when i search by name and then i click that name then grids binds fine . But not bindings correctly by searching an ID just for Single ID . there are multiple ID's existing in my Project and same CSS is Running for all , but why it's occurring just for an single ID
