Hi,

I got this error when I press FS quickly to refresh page when the loading panel is displaying but the content of tooltip doesn't show.
I'm using tooltipmanager.

I get the same error on your example page.

/aspnet-ajax/tooltip/examples/tooltipversustooltipmanager/defaultcs.aspx

Any idea?

Hi snowolf,

I tried to reproduce the problem both on the online demo and locally but to no avail. I am aware of a similar problem with n older version of RadToolTipManager but it is already fixed and should not occur. Would you please confirm that you are using the latest version, Q3 2008, SP1, namely 2008.3 1125 ? In case you do not, please upgrade to it and test again.

If you are able to reproduce the issue in our online demo, please tell me the exact reproduction instructions because I was not able to observe the issue.

If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket and send me a sample reproduction demo along with detailed explanations and instructions and best - attach also a video capture.

Hi Sevetlina,

It still happens on your demo page.

if you hover the [Argentina] and press F5  before the tooltip comes out, you maybe get this error.

it doesn't happens every time you press the F5.

I think it happens when the tooltipmanager is requesting content of tooltip and hasn't gotten response from server.

I have a screen capture and I can send  to you if needed.

Hello Snowolf,

As I already explained such problem exist in older version and it should not exist in the current one. I also was not able to understand what version of RadControls you are using and have you tested with the latest one? I tested the linked online demo again multiple times in the exact same manner as you explained but I am still unable to observe the problem. Would you please send me a screenshot of the reproduced problem in our live demo and also provide additional information for the used browser? Please, also note, that you cannot attach files in the forum, you should open a new support ticket to do so.
