Still working on my DAX custom language editor. Color tagging and Intelliprompts are working, have moved on to overloads. By default, the overloads seem to display below the cursor which conflicts with the intelliprompts (overlaps). Can I move the overloads to display above the cursor instead and how?

With the current implementation of the RadSyntaxEditor control and the IntelliPrompts functionality, achieving the desired result would not be possible. As a result of this, I have logged a new feature request in our feedback portal, so, you could vote for it, as well as follow it, to get notified via e-mail when its status gets changed.
