Suppress Detail Record in Master-Detail Report

I created a Master-Detail report and I would like to suppress the printing of the detail header when there are no records for the master record.  How can I do this?

Hello James,

In order to get the desired behavior of your report you can use Conditional Formatting. When an element from the master report is without any records(null or empty) you can "hide" the SubReport . We are  suggesting to check the following articles in our online help:
