I want to submit a support ticket because I've had a problem for awhile and no one has been able to help me so far. I've been working at my company for a little over a year and have been registered on telerik since 9/27/07. Is this something where I only have a year for certain support? Am I able to tell if I can still get this support through my company? I'd rather not have my boss (whom I think all the software is registered to because he bought it) enter all my questions because I don't want to bother him all the time. Just wondering if he'd be able to add my email/username and all that to the company signin so I can have access to everything. Or, maybe the company doesn't have this support anymore? How can I go about figuring this out? Thanks!
