I want to submit a support ticket because I've had a problem for awhile and no one has been able to help me so far.  I've been working at my company for a little over a year and have been registered on telerik since 9/27/07.  Is this something where I only have a year for certain support?  Am I able to tell if I can still get this support through my company?  I'd rather not have my boss (whom I think all the software is registered to because he bought it) enter all my questions because I don't want to bother him all the time.  Just wondering if he'd be able to add my email/username and all that to the company signin so I can have access to everything.  Or, maybe the company doesn't have this support anymore?  How can I go about figuring this out?  Thanks!

Hello Amanda,

I checked our records and it seems that your company holds an active subscription license with us. However you were not able to submit support tickets because you were not added as licensed developer to Mark Massey's Client.net account. I updated our records and you should have access to the downlods and support resources now. You can download the latest product versions through your Client.net account -> My Licenses -> My Purchases section. To submit support tickets, please go to My Support Tickets -> Submit a support ticket link.
