Hi Teodora,
Visual Studio does not offer its own service we can use for this purpose as with the SqlDataSource for example. This means we have to implement our own query builder which as you can imagine is not a trivial task. In short we have this in mind for improving the user experience when working with CubeDataSource, but we cannot engage with a specific time frame or additional info at this point. In the meantime our suggestion is to use Management Studio.
