Sub totals in crosstab report

Hi there.

How can I create a sub total row part way through a crosstab report?

I want to create something like this:

Americas Europe Total
2010 2011 2010 2011 2010 2011
Scope 1 50 60 40 80 90 140
Scope 2 20 30 40 50 60 80
Total 1 & 2 70 90 80 130 150 220 < Sub total

Scope 3 10 20 30 40 40 60
Grand Total 80 110 110 170 190 280 < Scope 1,2 and 3

You should have additional grouping that will form the following groups:

• Scope1 & Scope2
• Scope3

Afterwards the total comes naturally.

There you have Grouping by Category and then child Grouping by SubCategory (and the corresponding totals).
