    How can I change the color labels of an specific axis? Basically I want to change the colors of each individual label, for example, if one of them has a negative value I want it to be color red. Or if it can't change color is there a way to have any kind of indicator that differences the labels?

    This is currently not possible, as all labels will render with the same settings.
    We're working on a way to make this customizable (and more), but we won't have anything ready before the next major release in March.

    Please, file a request for this feature on our UserVoice portal if you have minute.
    This will help us gauge the overall interest and prioritize.

    Has conditional color rendering been implemented?

    Yes, there is a valueAxis.labels.visual option which can be used for this scenario. For your convenience below is a basic example:
