Spredsheet localization

Hi,

I'm trying to localize RadSpreadsheet control using my resource files. I would like to ask, is it possible to localization, function names(from FunctionsProvider) and styles names in StyleGallery? I cannnot find any keys with function or style names.

Hi Damian,

The names of the functions are not localizable and in the Styles Gallery you could localize the headers, but not the style names. As a reference about the localizable strings in the you could use the resource files in the Localization SDK example for RadSpreadsheet.

All the .resx files we provide you could find in the source code of the controls. The complete code is available for download in your account, under the Downloads section, and the files are located in the Core\Controls folder.

Hi Partick,

I just created a feature request to localize the ribbon of RadSpreadsheet. You can vote for this task and track its progress through the related feedback item.

Currently, you can add the localization strings in the XAML and their translations in the .resx files you are using.
