Thank you for your question.

I am attaching a sample project showing an example of the RadSpreadsheet used with MVVM. You will see that an attached property of type Workbook is created and bound to the view model. Please, keep in mind that this approach is suitable only if your main objective is to present the information to the user, as they will not be able to edit it back.
