Spreadsheet validation message shown twice

Try typing non-number values inside the phone section. You will get a validation message, but you have to click 2 times the "cancel" button to dismiss.

Hello Peter,

This is a known bug introduced in version 2017.3.913. Fortunately it is already fixed and no longer reproducible in the latest internal build version. The fix will be included in the service pack release, which is due the second half of October.

It seems - it not fixed completelly - it still reprodusable for Kendo UI version: 2017.3.1026

Hello,

The bug has been fixed, which is marked by the closed Github issue. The fix should have been included in the service pack release as I mentioned in my previous reply, but unfortunately introducing it in an official version has been postponed for the upcoming major release (due second half of January). We apologize for the misleading information in that regard.

Hello,

Here's a dojo example, showing a possible temporary workaround that can be used until an official fix becomes available. Note that overriding widgets functionality is not supported since the source code is subject to change between releases.
