Adding and removing Splitter panes on the fly is demonstrated at:
http://demos.kendoui.com/web/splitter/api.html
http://docs.kendoui.com/api/web/splitter
We are not aware of any issues.

Hi Dimo,
You appear to be the man to talk to with regard to generating Splitter panes dynamically? Could you possibly take a look at the following post. It's an attempt to do this using the Angular 4 version of the splitter module.

Thanks,

In general, there are no such features (as the ones for Kendo Ui for jQuery demonstrated at the following link - http://demos.kendoui.com/web/splitter/api.html ) available out of the box for Kendo Ui for Angular. Indeed, Kendo Ui for jQuery is a mature project that provides a large set of functionality and Kendo Ui for Angular is still evolving and constantly improving by releasing new features.
Unfortunately, currently we cannot create splitter panes dynamically using Kendo Ui for Angular.
If you have the time please log a new feature request in our UserVoice portal. It helps us to generate ideas and prioritize the development of any new features and enhancements of Kendo Ui for Angular. Thank you in advance.

Svetlin
