Hello Oren,
The tooltip shown, is rendered by the browser and you can modify its properties. If you want to provide a customized tooltip, I would suggest using the RadTooltipManager and set the calendar as the tooltip zone. So it only shows the customized tooltip for the calendar. From there you can create your own skin or modify the css classes the RadTooltipManager uses for its tooltips.
