Unfortunately, tree-view's source code is not available from this page.

Hello,
The source code for all of our packages can be obtained via cloning the repos as described in the documentation article, but some of our newer packages like the Scheduler, the TreeView, and a couple more are not included in the list of repos names at the bottom (but they can still be cloned as explained in the article, e.g.):
We will make sure to update the documentation accordingly so that it includes all available Kendo UI for Angular packages.
