I would like to know how to display SmartLabels for values that less than 11. Please take a look at the attached screen-shot. The smart labels is displayed only if value is 11 or bigger. How can I change this behaviour?

Hi Bolik,
Why do you need to use SmartLabels with StackedBar Series? If you have the Smart Labels feature turned off all labels will be visible and additionally you can control the label distance using the LabelOffset property per Serie as shown in our demo with source code.
