Vista skin for menu in version v2008 2.1001.20 is showing images above text. Is Vista skin predicted to be with no images showing (ImageURL="") or this is a bug?

You may workaround the problem by adding the following css to your page:
<style type="text/css">
.rmText { padding-left: 16px !important;}
</style>
