Since applying the aforementioned update I can no longer get my RadExpander to display in the designer.
I get a Design Time warning of "cannot locate resource 'themes/genericwindows8touch.xaml'".
I am using the Windows8 Theme(non touch version) implicitly, which was working as expected prior to this update.

Hello Patrick,
We were unable to reproduce this issue in our side with 2013.1.403.45 binaries. Could you provide us with more details:
- what is your Visual Studio version.
- what is your Operation System.
- do you merge only the System.Windwos.xaml and Telerik.Windows.Controls.xaml. If no which of our other controls you use.

Thanks for the effort. However, after installing Visual Studio 2012 SP2 this went away. Not sure why but it did.
