Hi,

I am using the silverlight report viewer from Telerik Reporting Q2 2012 with Visual Studio 2010 and the problem apears when trying to export.  After the report is rendered in the report viewer, when selecting any option from the export drop down box, its content icon is replaced by the export type name and the export process does't start.
Could you please advise regarding this behavior or suggest a solution?
Thank you.

Regards,
Cristian

Hi,

Make sure you have upgraded the RadControls for Silverlight assemblies as well, as when we change the viewer template, it is contained in those assemblies.

Hi, Steve!
You was right. I using Reporting Q2 2012 and RadControls for Silverlight Q1 2012 (i thinked reportviewer in reporting have no references to other radcontrols). Now I update project to  RadControls for Silverlight Q2 2012  - and problem was fixed.
Thanks!

Hello,

I am also experiencing the same problem. I am using Product Version Q1 2012 for Reporting and Product Version 2012.2.0725.1050 for the RadControls. Are they not compatible? Should I upgrade the Reporting version?

Please advise.

Hi Kriztine,

Since the view model of the ReportViewer and its views in the RadControls' themes may have changed between those versions our advice is to either upgrade Telerik Reporting or downgrade the RadControls so that both releases are from one and the same Q.

Kind regards,
