I'm pretty sure this must be a known issue, but surprisingly I didn't find any threads about it.
I have an editor with ToolbarMode="ShowOnFocus". When I open any of the browsers/editors, image-editor, file-editor etc, the toolbar overlaps the newly opened window.
Once the user clicks on the window, the editor loses focus and the toolbar disappears. I'm pretty sure this isn't exactly how it's supposed to work though.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of this problem. Could you please test the Toolbar Mode live example of RadEditor and try to reproduce the problem?
My recommendation is to make sure that you are using the latest version 2008.3 1314 of RadEditor for ASP.NET AJAX Q3 SP2 2008, because this could be due to a bug in a previous version.
If you still experience the problem, please open a support ticket and send a sample working example which demonstrates the issue. I will examine it, find the reason for the problem and provide a solution.

The problem exists in Firefox 3.06 both in my local project as well as in the live example you pointed out. In IE 7 it works just fine. I didn't check any other browsers.
I wouldn't qualify this as a high priority bug personally, more of a harmless oddity. For that reason I won't bother you with a support ticket at this time.
