How do I show a Minor Grid Line as a threshold indicator? For example, I want to show an red minor grid line with a threshold constant value on the Y-Axis of 3.0 .

Hello Patrick,
Unfortunately this functionality cannot be achieved in the current version of the control as the minor gridlines supported by RadChart cannot be turned selectively on / off (i.e. either all of them are visible, or all of them are collapsed).
We will forward your feedback to our developers so they can consider annotations and custom gridlines for one of the future versions of the control (we have logged it in the public issue tracking system as well with status "Not Scheduled" at the moment).

Thanks for your prompt reply. Howevever , I do not seek to selectively turn some of the Minor grid lines on/off, a matter of fact I want to keep all the Minor grid lines ON and visible all the time. But I also wants to have some of the Minor grid lines be in different colors and having constant values associated with them on the Y-Axis. These Y-Axis constant represent thresholds values.

Hi Patrick,
It seems there is some misunderstanding here -- currently there is little you can customize about the minor gridlines and all customizations are applied on all minor gridlines (i.e. you can change the line color for all of them but it is not possible to change the color for a specific gridline). Also, via Axis.MinorTickPointMultiplier property you can control the number of minor tick points between tick points (i.e. you can control the number of minor gridlines as well) but it is not possible to position a gridline on a fixed position (unless you have a fixed axis range).
That is why we believe annotations and custom gridlines are necessary for your desired scenario but unfortunately they are not available in the current version of the control.
