Hi,

I have a Rad Window which opens when a button is clicked.
While the page is loading, I want to display a loading image, to notify that something is happening.

Is there a way to display RadAjaxLoadingPanel every time a new rad window is being opened?

Thanks!

Hello,

More information about how to display RadAjaxLoadingPanel on initial page load you can refer to the help topic below:
http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/ajax-show-loadingpanel-on-initial-pageload.html#seeAlsoToggle

You can also review the following article:

Hi Pavlina,

Thank you for your response.

I already tried both:

The first option (On initial page load) - http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/ajax-show-loadingpanel-on-initial-pageload.html#seeAlsoToggle:

The page finishes the loading process and I see the page's content, then the Loading gif shows up(after I saw the page content..)
and then it shows up again.

The second option (show/hide loading panel) - http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/ajax-show-hide-loadingpanel.html:

The event "OnRequestStart" is not fired...

Do you have any ideas of how can I fix the first problem, that the page is showing up before the loading panel?

Hello,

The information you have provided is not enough for us to identify the cause of the described problem. It would be of great help if you can isolate this issue in a small runnable project and send  it to us via formal support ticket. We would be able to understand the logic of your application and then advise you better.
