Setup or manage report Chart datasource in designer?

In the Telerik help page titled Telerik Reporting Q2 2009 - The Wizard Data Tab  it shows an option, but that option is not showing in my system (version:  2009.2 807).  I have looked everywhere and the only information I can find is by binding in the code behind in a needdatasource event, which is ridiculous considering the rest of my report can see the fields in my report datasources.

Hello Jeremy,

Indeed as mentioned in the Chart overview help article, the chart item can be bound only through the NeedDataSource event. This is necessary as the chart item currently does not use the reporting data engine. The image in the article you've referenced is left over from the original help for the RadChart for ASP.NET and I've just updated it to avoid further confusion.

This thread is from more than a year ago but your help file still shows that in the wizard you should be able to select the data source in the wizard.

This is very confusing! Please update this!
