Set Target?

I have a simple Treeview that pulls it's content from a SQL Database All works fine in this area. When I click on a node I want it's content to show in a radpane located on the same page I can't seem to get this to work it keeps opening up in a _Blank page how do I set the target to be my content pane. I use VB.net
