Hello,
I am assuming that you are referring to the functionality specified in the following article: Conditional Formatting Cells. Note, that it is for the UI for Winforms RadGridView. If you are using Winforms, I can suggest posting a thread in the UI for Winforms forum.
If you are using the UI for WPF RadGridView, the same functionality is not available out of the box. You can check out the CellStyleSelector article, which demonstrates how you can conditionally style cells in the UI for WPF RadGridView.
