Hello Afandi,
The gaps of the Kendo UI TileLayout can be utilized to separate each of the tiles. For example, you can see how the tiles can be configured in this live demo. The gap.columns and gap.rows may be configured further to adjust the amount of space the gaps can be sized.
That being said, there is not a specific configuration to add a separator like a line between each tile. To facilitate this, I have created a feature request with a vote on your behalf to include this in future release. Please follow it for potential updates, and comment if you would like to include more details within the request.
