Hello,

For some reason, I have an appointment showing up in the advanced editor as 9AM to 11AM, but in the Scheduler itself it's showing up as 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM.  Why would  that be?  I don't understand why the times would be off by a 1/2 hour?  I don't have a lot of attributes set for it; just the core ones.

Thanks.

Hi Brian,

There is a known issue when using the RowHeight property along with MinutesPerRow, which could cause such a problem. We will fix the issue for the upcoming service pack on November 25.

If your case is different, please elaborate and we will investigate it further.

Hello,

I didn't set anything that would affect the minutes.  I set the DayStartTime to 7:30 and DayEndTime to 17:00 and at first I didn't have any issue... but then it all of a sudden I noticed that happening.  Once I set the DayStartTime to 7:00, it corrected itself.  I can't say I know when that problem started....

I just changed it back to 7:30 and got it to happen again.  Outside the 6 data fields, I added some custom attributes and enabled custom attribute editing, along with setting the Height to a fixed value and set the Web20 skin.  I don't enable inline editing too.  I also applied a custom appointment template, but no other template.  The underlying data source is a DataTable.  Whenever you double-click and go to advanced editing, the  times are right against what's in the underlying data table.

Hi Brian,

It would be best if you open a support ticket and send us a small sample of the problem. We are unable to isolate the issue at our end.

Kind regards,
