Scatter Chart Performance

Hi,

I'm using Scatter Chart.

However , when I have a large dataset (around 20,000 data points).

 

The chart renders very slowly (around 20 seconds)

Any ideas ? (I already tried to render it as canvas)

Hello Sagi,

The performance of Kendo UI widgets, including the charts, is dependent on environment variables that includes the hardware rendering the controls, among others.

I encourage you to take a look at the Performance Issues section of our Charts documentation to read more about different alternatives to optimize the Kendo UI Charts.

Keep in mind that the larger the set of data being used, the more difficult it will be for performance to keep up.
