scanned PDF file not showed in WPF APPlication

Hello all,

I'm using Telerik in WPF application and there are some pdf files that are not shown, the specificity of the files is that they are scanned .

 

Please can any one has this pb before?

Hello Aziz,

The file is using the JPXDecode filter which is not supported in our library. We have a feature request for this on our feedback portal. You can track its progress, subscribe to status changes, and add your comment to it here: PdfViewer: Add support for JPXDecode Filter.  

There is a workaround for this in the item description (the above link).

Hello,

Thank you for the response.

I have tried the code provided by Telerik in the SDK Sample but since my project work only with DLL that are Strong Name (Signed) so the solution doesn't work in my project because the DLL FreeImageNET used in your Project ( https://github.com/telerik/xaml-sdk/tree/master/PdfViewer/CustomDecoder/ThirdPartyLibrary) doesn't work.

 

can you provide me a signed version of the FreeImageNET.dll please?

Hi Aziz, 

This library is not part of the Telerik UI for WPF suite and we are not building it from source code. This is why I cannot provide signed assemblies. We are using this as a third-party library. I can only suggest contacting the FreeImageNET team or using another library that provides this.
