Rad Menu don't support right to left...!
we need right to left support menu,in Iran ,with Farsi language.

Hi Ghader,
Thank you for writing and for your interest in RadControls for WinForms.
Currently, we do not support Right-to-Left in RadMenu. We have a dedicated webpage on our website which lists all controls which support Right-to-Left. You can take a look at it here:
Right-To-Left Support in RadControls for WinForms
We might consider implementing this feature but I cannot give you any timeframe when this will happen.

As my colleague mentioned in his post, we currently does not support RTL alignment in RadMenu. If more users request the same feature, we will consider increasing its priority.
