You can use our RadRichTextEditor control for the purpose. Here is its documentation: http://www.telerik.com/help/winforms/richtexteditor.html.
It supports import and export to xaml, docx, html, rtf and txt formats and export to pdf.

Hi, I don't see that in my toolbox is it not in Telerik.wincontrol.ui.dll or telerik.wincontrol.dll?

Hi,
RadRichTextEditor is available only in the .NET4.0 version of our assemblies (the ones with .40 suffix). It resides in its own assembly - Telerik.WinControls.RichTextEditor.dll.
