Two days ago I submitted a bug report but still got NO RESPONSE!
Why do I pay for a product with Gold support and a guaranteed response time of 24h?

You are correct. Your ticket should have been answered in 24 hours' time. We've become aware of a mismatch between our support ticketing system, and the customers' subscription types. This issue will be corrected and the response time of bug reports will be according to the subscription type.
